Home Share Application

Home share providers are meant to provide secure, respectful and comfortable homes for the individuals they support. The role is expected to provide support as it relates to the eight domains outlined by CLBC. This includes but is not limited to facilitating support, goal planning with the individual, focus on healthy lifestyles and reporting concerns to their coordinator.
